2. Who We Are
TradeVenue operates Websites across several domains, often starting with "TradeVenue" (e.g. TradeVenue.se). TradeVenue's mission is to guide users to the best places in our covered cities.
3. Children
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at info@tradevenue.se. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.

4. The personal information we collect
There are several areas on the Websites where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. For more detailed information on the personal information we collect, please see the sections below.
4.1 Registration data
To use certain of TradeVenue's Services and/or to access the the Websites, you may need to provide certain personal information which may include, without limitation, your name, password and email address.
If a user connects to the Services and/or the Websites using credentials from a third party application (e.g. Facebook), the user will provide us with authentication information such as encrypted access credentials. We may also collect other information available on or through the user’s third party application account, including, for example, name, profile picture and email address.
4.2 Technical information we collect
When you use TradeVenue’s Services and/or access the Websites, we automatically collect certain technical information.
(a) Usage data
In order for TradeVenue to ensure that we are providing the best possible consumer experience throughout the Websites, we collect and track certain user and customer information, such as IP address, general geographic location as indicated by the IP address, browser and/or mobile platform type, the pages viewed on our websites and in our Application, whether someone interacts with content available on our Websites and how.
In addition, when you use the Websites, TradeVenue automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including information regarding your mobile or browser device, IP address and location. TradeVenue also automatically collects and uses additional information from users and customers such as Websites open date and time, idle time, and clicks and/or swipes within the Websites (together with time and order).
(b) Device information
We may collect device-specific information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings and mobile network information.
(c) Cookies
When you visit the Websites, our web server may send cookies to your computer. (d) Communications

If you exchange messages with others through the Service, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and we may review and disclose them in connection with investigations related to the operation and use of the Services. Please also note that the messages you send or receive using the Service are only private to the extent that both you and the person you are communicating with keep them private. For example, if you send a message to another user, that user may choose to publicly post it. Also, TradeVenue may access and disclose such messages in the course of investigations relating to use of the Service.
4.4 Supplementary User Data
(a) Account information
If you create an account on TradeVenue, we may store and use your full name, email address, and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender and birth date. Your first name and last initial, as well as any photo you submit through the registration process, will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You can modify some of the information associated with your account on your public profile. If you believe that someone has created an unauthorized account depicting you or your likeness, you can request its removal by contacting us at info@fairvalue.se.
(b) Public content
The information that users contribute through the Services is intended for public consumption, including your reviews, lists, photos, comments, likes, user follows, and account profile. 10. Your choices and how to alter the information you submit
10.1 Deleting your information

For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service or to comply with legal obligations. In order to comply with these regulations, we may be unable to delete information from our databases.
10.2 Altering Supplementary User Data

You can reduce the risk of being personally identified by using the Service pseudonymously, though doing so could detract from the credibility of your contributions to the Service.

TradeVenue may alter, modify or delete any information you submit to the Websites if we believe, in our sole discretion, it is necessary or desirable to do so.
Please note that businesses cannot remove their business listings, ratings, or reviews by closing their accounts.
