BTC AB completes redemption of Class B shares

B Treasury Capital AB (publ) (“BTC AB” or the “Company”) announces that the voluntary redemption of Class B shares, whose outcome was announced on 25 September 2026, has been completed. The Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) registered the reduction of the Company’s share capital through redemption of 38,861 Class B shares on 1 October 2026, and the redemption amount is being paid out today, 13 October 2026, to the shareholders whose shares were redeemed.

The shares were redeemed at SEK 121.43 per Class B share, corresponding to net asset value per Class B share of SEK 168.65 less 28 percent, for a total redemption amount of approximately SEK 4.7 million. The redemption was funded entirely from existing cash; no bitcoin was sold.

The redeemed shares corresponded to approximately 4.9 percent of the Company’s Class B shares. As a result of the redemption, bitcoin per Class B share increased by approximately 5.2 percent.

Following the redemption, the number of Class B shares has decreased from 787,307 to 748,446.
