BTC AB has acquired 1 bitcoin

B Treasury Capital AB ("BTC AB" or the "Company") has acquired 1 bitcoin at a price of USD 65,785.

Following the acquisition, BTC AB now holds a total of approximately 173 bitcoin.

The acquisition reflects the Company's disciplined approach to steadily growing its Bitcoin reserves, with the objective of increasing Bitcoin per share over time.
