Dellia Group ASA: Amendment to Financial Calendar - Q4 2025 Reporting Date

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 23 September 2025
concerning Dellia Group ASA's ("Dellia" or the "Company") financial calendar in
which it was stated, inter alia, that the quarterly report for Q4 2025 would be
published on 20 February 2026. 

The revised reporting date for Q4 2025 will be 27 February 2026. 

This information is published pursuant to the requirements set out in Euronext
Oslo Børs Rule Book II section 4.3.3 .
