Dellia Group ASA - Disclosure of change in large shareholding by Storli Holding AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Dellia Group ASA
("Dellia" or the "Company") on 18 September 2026 regarding mandatory disclosure
of large shareholding by Storli Holding AS.

The 3,096,832 shares temporarily held on the VPS account of Storli Holding AS on
behalf of Ms. Chhorn have today been transferred to Ms. Chhorn's VPS account.
Following the transfer, Storli Holding AS' shareholding in Dellia has decreased
from 8,617,064 shares (18.67%) to 5,520,232 shares (11.96%) of the issued shares
and votes in the Company.
