Dellia Group ASA - Minutes from annual general meeting 2026

The annual general meeting of Dellia Group ASA (the "Company") was held today, 9
June 2026, at 10:00 (CEST) as a digital meeting. 

All proposals on the agenda were approved.

Key information pertaining to the share split will be announced after the
resolution has been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises
(Foretaksregisteret).
