Fredrik Kronström appointed Director – Investments & Capital Raising in Vigam AB

Vigam AB, an asset management company owned by K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) and Viga Group, has hired Fredrik Kronström as Director – Investments & Capital Raising. He will play a key role in the establishment of the company and its future development, with a primary focus on investments in property portfolios – particularly residential projects across Sweden’s major metropolitan areas.

Fredrik Kronström has extensive experience in Nordic real estate and capital markets, with a strong background in real estate investments and financial advisory. He most recently joins from Rothschild & Co, where he was a key member of the Nordic team focusing on advising clients within the Nordic real estate sector. Previously, Fredrik has held positions at Pareto Securities, Catella and family office Vasaparken.

Vigam AB is owned 40 percent by K-Fastigheter, with the remaining 60 percent held by Viga Group. Vigam AB will manage real estate funds and investment platforms together with external investors, having initially acquired a total of 681 residential units across both standing assets and projects under development. The first phase of the transaction comprised 264 residential units located in the municipalities of Gothenburg, Ale, and Vänersborg. The second phase is expected to include the acquisition of 417 residential units currently under construction in Gothenburg and Ale.
