Reminder regarding deadlines for BTC AB's voluntary redemption offer

The application period in B Treasury Capital AB's ("BTC AB") voluntary redemption offer for B shares runs up to and including Thursday, 24 September 2026. Please note that banks and nominees may apply earlier deadlines. At Avanza and Nordnet, the last day to respond is Wednesday, 23 September. Shareholders holding their shares through another bank or nominee are strongly recommended to check the applicable deadline directly with them.

Participation is voluntary. Shareholders who do not wish to participate need not take any action.
