White Pearl Technology Group AB: Board Member and Management in White Pearl Technology Group Acquire Shares in the Company

White Pearl Technology Group AB (Nasdaq First North: WPTGB, OTC: WPTGF) today announced that three senior executives have recently acquired a total of 21,400 shares in the company.

Mr. Ibrahim Srour, Chief Operating Officer, has purchased 7,400 shares, bringing his total holdings to 965,039 shares. Mr. Osama Elsayed, Co-CEO of the subsidiary ECC, has acquired 4,000 shares. Mr. Peter Ejemyr, newly appointed Vice President of Investor Relations, has made his first investment in WPTG with the purchase of 10,000 shares.

The next financial report from WPTG will be the Q1 report on April 22, and the annual report will be published on April 28.
