Change in Board Composition within the Goobit Group and Appointment of New MLRO
Goobit Group AB (publ) announces that Rickard Jerndahl has stepped down from his roles as board member of Goobit Group AB, Goobit AB and Goobit Blocktech AB. He is also leaving his role as Central Function Holder (Money Laundering Reporting Officer, MLRO) of Goobit AB.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Rickard Jerndahl for his valuable contributions to governance, regulatory compliance and financial crime prevention during his tenure. During his tenure, Rickard Jerndahl contributed significant expertise and delivered strong added value to Goobit. His efforts were highly appreciated both internally and by the company’s external stakeholders.
The Board has appointed Sandy Haddad as the new Central Function Holder (MLRO) of Goobit AB. Sandy Haddad has experience in regulatory compliance and internal control and has been active within the company’s compliance function. The appointment takes effect immediately.
The changes form part of the company’s ongoing development of its organisational structure and governance framework. Goobit’s operations, service offering and strategic direction remain unchanged.
