Irisity extends existing credit facility with largest shareholder
Gothenburg, Sweden – August 17, 2026 – Irisity AB (publ), a provider of AI-driven video data management software, announces that it has agreed with its largest shareholder, Stockhorn Capital AB, to amend the existing credit facility from up to SEK 5 million to up to SEK 10 million.
The amendment provides Irisity with additional financing as the company continues to execute its strategic plan and finalises its ongoing simplification and efficiency measures. The Board of Directors of Irisity has resolved to approve the amendment following arm’s length negotiations and on market-based terms.
The terms of the facility otherwise remain unchanged, including an annual interest rate corresponding to STIBOR 3M plus 4 percentage points and no other costs for the company.
The increased facility is intended to provide flexibility in managing working capital during the remaining implementation of the company’s transformation plan. Irisity remains focused on disciplined cost management, completing the simplification of its operations and progressing towards a cash-flow neutral and self-sustaining operating model.
