K-Fastigheter and ByggVesta in strategic partnership on apartment construction

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) and ByggVesta AB have formed a joint venture for the development and construction of residential properties. The partnership will begin with two major projects, totaling approximately 500 apartments in Stockholm and Malmö respectively. Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027.

In these two initial projects, K-Fastigheter and ByggVesta will jointly develop and build around 500 new rental apartments in one project in Stockholm and one in Malmö. The building permit process will begin immediately with the aim of being able to start construction in the first quarter of 2027. The parties intend to develop their partnership to create good residential housing in areas with strong demand.

“Through a joint venture like this with ByggVesta, each party contributes their resources and specialist expertise. Together, we can implement projects quickly and cost-effectively. We are also investigating the conditions for being able to divest the projects at an appropriate time,” says Magnus Persson, Business Development Manager at K-Fastigheter.
