NAV Update and Illustrative Redemption Price

Further to the press release published on 19 March 2026 regarding the Company's exploration of a potential voluntary share redemption programme, BTC AB (the "Company") wishes to provide shareholders with a current snapshot of the Company's net asset value (NAV) and an illustrative indication of what a redemption price would correspond to in SEK per share.

Current NAV
As of today, 23 March 2026, the Company's NAV amounts to SEK 145 per share.

Illustrative Redemption Price
As communicated on 19 March 2026, the board of directors is evaluating a potential redemption at a price corresponding to a 20 percent discount to NAV. Based on today's NAV of SEK 145 per share, such a discount would hypothetically correspond to a redemption price of approximately SEK 116 per share.
This is a purely illustrative calculation based on today's NAV. No formal offer has been made and no decision has been taken. The actual redemption price, if a formal programme is resolved upon, would be determined based on the NAV prevailing at the time of such decision. NAV fluctuates daily as it is directly linked to the price of bitcoin.

Reminder – Indicative Expression of Interest
Shareholders who wish to submit a non-binding indicative expression of interest are reminded to do so no later than 30 March 2026 by e-mail to hello@btc.se. Please refer to the press release of 19 March 2026 for full details.
Any redemption programme remains conditional upon the annual general meeting on 31 March 2026 resolving to make the necessary amendments to the Company's articles of association.
