New auditor to be appointed in January 2026 at an extraordinary general meeting
Creturner Group AB will convene an extraordinary general meeting in January and elect a new auditor. Auditor Johan Kaijser has accepted the assignment.
Creturner Group AB (“the Company”) announced yesterday, 18 December 2025, that Auditor Jenny Gentele is stepping down from her position. In consultation with authorised auditor Johan Kaijser of LR Revision, the Company has agreed that he will take over the position. The Company will also convene an extraordinary general meeting in January 2026 to formally appoint him.
