Nyfosa issues senior unsecured green bonds of MSEK 500

Nyfosa AB ("Nyfosa" or the "Company") has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds in an initial amount of MSEK 500 under a total framework of MSEK 1,000 (the " Bonds"). The Bonds carries a floating rate of 3-month STIBOR + 250 basis points and will mature on 7 October 2029. Nyfosa intends to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list. An amount corresponding to the net proceeds from the Bonds will be used in accordance with the Company's established framework for green financing.
Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige have acted as arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the issue of the Bonds. Advokatfirman Cederquist KB has acted as legal counsel in connection with the issue of the Bonds.
