Sinch Expands Tier 1 RCS Business Messaging Coverage to Canada, Completing North American Footprint

Atlanta – September 24, 2026. Sinch AB (publ), today announced that it has expanded its direct Rich Communication Services (RCS) Business Messaging connectivity to all major Tier 1 mobile operators in Canada. The expansion extends Sinch’s existing U.S. coverage to complete its Tier 1 RCS Business Messaging footprint across North America, giving businesses a growing opportunity to reach customers with richer, more interactive messaging experiences.

Business RCS messaging is forecast to exceed 200 billion messages globally by 2027, up from 70 billion in 2025, according to Juniper Research.
