BTC AB has acquired 1 bitcoin

B Treasury Capital AB (“BTC AB” or the “Company”) has acquired 1 bitcoin at a price of USD 68,706.
Following the acquisition, BTC AB now holds a total of approximately 167 bitcoin.

The acquisition follows the Company’s previously announced effort to assess shareholder interest in a potential redemption offer. As no shareholder interest was received, the Company elected to deploy capital directly into Bitcoin.

Given the continued volatility in the Bitcoin market, the Company intends to build its Bitcoin position gradually over time through a disciplined dollar cost averaging approach to market purchases.

The Company remains focused on the previously announced plan to carry out a rights issue of Class A Preference Shares to all shareholders. The Board views this as an important next step in supporting the Company’s continued growth and long term execution of its strategy.
