Lumito terminates mentorship agreement

Lumito AB (publ) (“Lumito” or the “Company”) has terminated its mentorship agreement with Mangold Fondkommission AB. Under the rules of NGM Nordic SME, the obligation to appoint a mentor applies during the first two years following a listing. Lumito has been listed since autumn 2018 and considers that the mentorship is no longer necessary. The termination of the mentorship agreement is not expected to have any material impact on the Company’s operations or its ability to comply with the marketplace’s rules and regulations. The mentorship agreement will terminate on 26 November 2026.
