Nyfosa's board member Jens Engwall has informed the nomination committee that he will not be available for re-election at the annual general meeting 2025.

Jens Engwall has had several crucial roles in Nyfosa; as co-founder in connection with the formation of Nyfosa and the spin-off from Hemfosa Fastigheter AB, and subsequently as CEO, board member and advisor to the CEO. Jens remains a shareholder in Nyfosa.

The nomination committee will present its proposals ahead of Nyfosa’s annual general meeting, which will be held in Stockholm on May 6, 2025.
