Acenta Group enters into global partner distribution agreement with Padel Galis

Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group", "Acenta" or the "Company") today announces that it has entered into a five-year global partner distribution agreement with Spanish padel court manufacturer Grupo Galis World S.L. ("Padel Galis"), a leading global manufacturer of high-performance padel courts, regarding the distribution of padel courts across international markets. The agreement is based on a commercial model where Acenta generates revenue through distribution of padel courts, as well as related services and financing solutions. The partnership is designed to support a flexible and scalable commercial model, without fixed purchase commitments.

Under the agreement, Acenta will act as a global distribution partner for Padel Galis' padel court offering, including its full product portfolio. The collaboration is intended to combine Acenta's international commercial platform with Padel Galis' manufacturing expertise and product offering. 

Acenta will support international sales activities and collaborate with and support local distributors in relevant markets. Through the partnership, Acenta also gains access to Padel Galis' global distributor network, enabling increased market reach and visibility. Acenta will provide expertise, installation capabilities and, in certain cases, financing solutions directly and through partners to local distributors, while also creating opportunities to expand the distribution of its own brands, including Sport of Padel and Peliga, through Padel Galis' global network. Padel Galis will be responsible for manufacturing, product know-how and brand, and will support Acenta through training and technical guidance.

The agreement is based on a collaborative model where Acenta works alongside local distributors and contributes to sales activities across selected markets. The agreement includes a five-year term.
