BTC AB has acquired 1 bitcoin

B Treasury Capital AB (“BTC AB” or the “Company”) has acquired 1 bitcoin at a price of USD 74,181.
Following the acquisition, BTC AB now holds a total of approximately 168 bitcoin.

The acquisition reflects the Company’s long term strategy to steadily increase its Bitcoin reserves through disciplined market purchases, with the objective of growing Bitcoin per share over time.
