SensoDetect AB Announces Completion of Initial Investment Round for Beijing Mind Exploration Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (JV)

SensoDetect AB (Spotlight Stock Market: SDET) is pleased to announce that the initial investment round in its Chinese joint venture, Beijing Mind Exploration Medical Technology Co., Ltd., has now been successfully completed. Two prominent investors, Mr. Lu Zhong and Mr. Lu Weihua, have joined as new members of the Joint Venture, marking an important milestone in the company’s expansion in China.

Mr. Lu Zhong, Chairman of Zhonghai Investment and Zhonghai Accelerator, is a highly respected leader in China’s technology and investment sector. With over 20 years of executive experience at companies such as Alibaba Group, Microsoft China, Oracle, and AMD, Mr. Lu brings invaluable expertise in technology commercialization, corporate growth, and strategic investment.

Mr. Lu Weihua, a seasoned legal and investment professional, is the General Manager of Beijing Kuntian Liren Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and a former Legal Director at Yangshu Capital. Through his investment entities, Mr. Lu Weihua represents an investment consortium connected to Beijing Huitong Huaxia Technology Co., Ltd., whose affiliated companies hold a combined market valuation exceeding RMB 100 billion.

Both investors, through their respective firms and investment vehicles, have contributed to the joint venture’s capital base, thereby completing the initial investment round for Beijing Mind Exploration Medical Technology Co., Ltd. The strengthened ownership structure and expanded network position the joint venture for accelerated clinical adoption and large-scale commercialization of SensoDetect’s BERA 4.2 system and upcoming AI diagnostic platform in the Chinese market.
